Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We act solely as an intermediary connecting parking space owners ("Hosts") with renters ("Users").

We do not own, operate, manage, or control the parking spaces listed on the Platform.

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

Users are responsible for reviewing listing details before booking.

All bookings are binding. Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

We are not responsible for errors or fees from third-party services.

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Harassment, abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Platform will result in account termination.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of the Platform.

Use of any listed space is at your own risk.

All content and trademarks on the Platform are owned by us or licensed to us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Referral rewards apply to new users only and are issued at our discretion following an eligibility check.

The £10 driver referral credit is issued as parking credit to both the referrer and the referred driver after the referred driver completes their first eligible, paid, non-cancelled booking.

The £25 host referral bonus is credited to the referrer wallet after the referred host receives their first eligible, paid, non-cancelled booking from a driver, and can be withdrawn in accordance with our Payouts process.

A booking is treated as eligible and completed once it has been paid for and fulfilled, and has not been cancelled or refunded.

There is currently no limit on the number of eligible drivers or hosts you can refer, and no minimum spend required to qualify under these Referral Terms.

Rewards may be withheld, delayed, or cancelled where we suspect fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, cancelled bookings, refunds, or other misuse of the referral programme.

We may amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral programme, including reward amounts and eligibility criteria, at any time.
